We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. If your card has been issued outside the U.S. or Canada, please note that your order may need additional verification before it can be processed. Unfortunately, we cannot accept COD orders and all orders must be paid in full once submitted online.

We use your info to fulfil your order accurately and quickly and to improve your shopping experience. We respect your privacy and never share this information with anyone, except in connection with your order. If you want to know more, take a look at our Private Policy.

Yes we do, you have up to 24 hours prior to scheduled service to cancel your appointment.  If for any reason you forgot to do so, you will be charged a $50 fee, if you would like to reschedule your service this will not incur any charges.

You can contact our customer support team by provided email or mobile phone. In case, it’s not convenient to talk, you can come to our store to make your request.

General Concerns & Information

How we gain access to your space is left up to the client and what they comfortable with, that could range from letting us in, leaving a key with the doorman or giving access by means of the lock box. We will work with whatever method access our clients chooses.

We at City Pro Cleaners are pet lovers! All pets are welcomed and treated as family, however if you feel your pet might become overly anxious while we are in your space, please make every effort to secure them before we arrive to service your space.

Our company is environmentally conscious therefore, we encourage the use of Eco-friendly products which we will provide as well as microfiber cloths along with other cleaners to effectively service your space.  For sanitary reasons, we ask that our clients provide a mop, broom and bucket for their personal space. If clients do not have these items, we will be more than happy to provide them for a small fee.

If there was any form of construction or renovation done in your space, we would prefer to come in for an estimate to determine what resources will be needed for your service, this estimate is free of cost for all clients.

We do our best to provide accuracy in the pricing and other product information displayed on our website, but mistakes sometimes happen. In such cases, City Pro Cleaners expressly reserves the right not to honor pricing errors found on this website when accepting an online order. If an error occurs, we’ll let you know and cancel the order. Any authorized payments for that order will be immediately refunded. If you find an error once your order is delivered, please contact our Customer Care team or refer to our return policy.

Yes you can! Being specific with what you want is a sure way of satisfaction guaranteed. During the booking process our clients can leave specific tasks or areas they want our team to focus on, or by leaving a detailed note for the cleaner at the time of the service.

We at City Pro Cleaners pride ourselves on total satisfaction, if for any reason you are not happy with your service, please let us know and we will be more than happy to return, at no cost to the client for a do-over.  This do-over must be requested within 48 hours of the original service.

While most commercial client issue keys for after hours cleaning, some allow us to come in during their office hours.  We try to accommodate the time requested by the client to service their space.
